Thomas “Tommy” Roalson is a Professional Inspector licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission and by the Texas Department of Agriculture as a Technician and WDI Inspector. Tommy has resided in Austin since 1990 and comes from a successful background in property management and hospitality. During this time he also helped navigate a +$100M sale as president of the HOA at the Railyard Condominium Complex in downtown Austin. Now he’s bringing that same A+ service and dedication to property and building inspections. He is eager to work with you next! In his free time Tommy enjoys live music, English soccer, and surfing in Central America.
