Billy Meyerdirk – License Number 3304

Billy Meyerdirk has been inspecting Austin properties full time since 1990. He has inspected over 7,500 properties to date and is licensed as a Certified Applicator with the Texas Agricultural Commission. In 2006 Billy was awarded Affiliate of the Year by the Austin Board of Realtors. In 2001 Billy was appointed to a six year term to the Texas Real Estate Inspectors Committee where he served as Chairman of Education Sub Committee and Ethics Sub Committee. He enjoys Caribbean Travel, Bill fishing and Scuba diving.

Tony Defoyd is licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission as a Professional Inspector and by the Texas Department of Agriculture as a Technician and WDI Inspector. He is also a member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors and has additional certifications in Septic System Inspections, Pool & Spa Inspections and Commercial Property Inspections. Tony has inspected over 2,500 properties in Central Texas and is committed to serving his customers needs. His concise bullet point inspection summaries are very popular with buyers, sellers and real estate professionals. You might run into Tony around town, he has resided in South Austin since 1999 and in his free time enjoys golf.


Austin Home Inspector - Wayne Woodall

Wayne Woodall – License Number 5937

Wayne Woodall has been a Professional Inspector for over 13 years. He graduated from Texas A&M University in 1971 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. Wayne is also a registered Professional Engineer in Texas and several other states. Wayne has studied extensive civil engineering courses and is considered an expert in the field of civil/structural forensic investigation. After recently retiring from a large engineering company, Wayne spends his free time enjoying his family, grandchildren, fishing and playing Bluegrass music.


Austin Home Inspector - Brian Meyerdirk

Brian Meyerdirk – License Number 5248

Brian Meyerdirk is the son of Austin Inspection Services owner, Billy Meyerdirk. He is a born and raised Austinite with roots buried deep in the home inspection business. Growing up, he attended many home inspections with his father, learning much about the inspection process until he was old enough to be licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission in 2001. Since then, he has had a number of other endeavors including attending college at Austin Community College, Texas A&M Corpus Christi and being a fire fighter for Travis County ESD4. He has also been a long time member of the Austin music community as a singer/songwriter, and has helped new, aspiring musicians by teaching music at private music academy in Steiner Ranch. As a home inspector, Brian is able evaluate, report on and review the findings in your future home in a personable way that is easy to understand with years of experience–fulfilling all of the standards appointed by the Texas Real Estate Commission and the Texas Department of Agriculture.


Thomas Roalson

Thomas Roalson – License Number 25775

Thomas “Tommy” Roalson is a Professional Inspector licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission and by the Texas Department of Agriculture as a Technician and WDI Inspector. Tommy has resided in Austin since 1990 and is coming from a successful background in property management and hospitality. During this time he also helped navigate a +$100M sale as president of the HOA at the Railyard Condominium Complex in downtown Austin. Now he’s bringing that same A+ service and dedication to building inspections. He is eager to work with you next! In his free time Tommy enjoys live music, English soccer, and surfing in Central America.
